Welcome to Healing and Happy Hour!

As a 20-something girl, I always thought getting older meant I'd have to abandon some parts of myself. I thought I'd have to give up going out and being social if I really wanted to heal, or I'd have to give up my healthy habits if I wanted to have fun. I spent years in a battle between fun vs. healing before I finally wondered: what if I'm not the problem? What if I don’t have to abandon part of my personality? What if growth and fun can coexist?

This led me to start my Healing and Happy Hour! This is a space where we women can grow and better ourselves while also having a fun night out with the girls. I don't believe you should have to choose.

Together we'll make new connections, play games, have some drinks, and leave a better version of ourselves than when we walked in.

When we create a community of like-minded women who enjoy both growth and fun, we learn to lean into our authenticity and raise our vibrations together.

Who says healing has to be boring?

Healing and Happy Hour is a semi-regularly occurring event. With a mix of in-person and virtual meet-ups, each happy hour will have a unique theme.

Spaces are limited for each event in order to create an intimate space for growth, so make sure to snag your ticket before it sells out!
