REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges of coaching packages or sessions with Maggie Dehan. Your purchase of any coaching packages or sessions indicates your full commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. It is to your benefit that we do not offer refunds so that you may retain full commitment to the process. We also cannot guarantee results, as every client is uniquely different, and results depend on your coachability and willingness to do the work.

We do understand that unforeseen events and circumstances may occur. In this case, a client may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours advance notice. The session must be rescheduled for the same week or the following week, otherwise, the client will forfeit the session.

If the client must reschedule with less than a 24-hour advanced notice, you may email Maggie to detail your situation. Maggie may decide to reschedule your session, or you may lose the session. If you are running late, there will be a 15-minute grace period, after that, we will have to reschedule within 24 hours. No-shows will always result in a lost session.

It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefits of your coaching package.
