2023 was the year of the “era.” We had the “clean girl era,” the “that girl,” even the Eras Tour. It’s trendy right now to say you’re in your “healing era,” except healing is not just a trendy saying. Healing is a process we do for life. Our “healing era” is forever so time to get comfortable.
