Big Signs You May Be Healing
So often we focus on all the things inside of us that we need to heal, but we tend to forget to look back and see how far we’ve come. These are big signs to look for telling you that you may be on the right track.
1. You don’t react to things as quickly anymore.
2. You begin to trust yourself and others again.
3. You remember that you have felt joy before, so you will feel joy again.
4. You no longer associate mental illness with your identity.
5. You feel comfortable being alone with your thoughts.
6. You’re not taking things as personally.
7. You are no longer playing a victim role and instead you’re taking responsibility for your healing.
8. You’re comfortable embracing who you are and living in your authenticity.
