I don’t do New Year’s resolutions…

Instead, I choose a word of the year...

At the beginning of each year, I choose a word that sets an intention for that year.

At the end of the year, I decided if that word actually reflected my year. If not, I choose a more accurate word.

At the beginning of 2023, I chose the word “abundance” as my intention for the year.

Now, at the end of 2023, I decided that “courage” more accurately reflected my year.

At the beginning of 2022, I chose “self-love.”

At the end of 2022, I decided that “growth,” along with self-love, reflected my year.

The word I chose for 2024 is “power.”

My intentions for 2024 are to step back into my own power. I want to focus on owning my strength and authenticity to live the fullest life I can.
